How much is diving in Hurghada?
The prices of our diving packages vary depending on how many days you book with us. From one day to ten days or more, we can guarantee that our diving packages are the best value for money in Hurghada!
Where can you dive in Hurghada?
There are nearly 40 dive sites that we can take you to in Hurghada! Each dive site boasts a unique terrain and a diverse marine life. Because of the vast number of dive sites we visit, we guarantee that every dive you have with us will be a new experience.
Is the Red Sea dangerous?
Diving in the Red Sea is safe for everyone! However it is important that you follow our safety procedures to ensure you have a enjoyable and safe experience.

Are there sharks in the Red Sea?
Yes! If diving with sharks is something you’ve always wanted to do, then the Red Sea should definitely be your next diving destination! Whale Sharks, Reef Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Black Tip Sharks, Oceanic White Tip Sharks and Hammer Head Sharks are just a few of the Shark species that can be sighted in the Red Sea!
What are the types of dives I can do during my diving trip?
Reef Diving, Wreck Diving, Drift Diving are just a few of the types of dives that you can do during your diving trips with us. The diverse nature of each dive site gives you the opportunity to focus on your diving interests or even try something new!
Do you offer transfer arrangements?
We offer free transfers every day from anywhere in Hurghada to the boat and back as part of all the Diving Packages and Diving Courses. If you are staying in El Gouna, Makadi or Sahl Hasheesh there is an additional transfer charge of 30 Euros per car due to the longer distance.
What do I need to bring for my diving trip?
We stress that you bring your swimsuit, personal towel and Scuba Diving Qualification Card (Introduction divers don’t need proof of certification), if you are joining us on a Daily Diving or snorkelling trip, other than that it is up to you to bring any personal belongings that you may want to use while on the boat.
What do your packages include?
All our packages include transfers from anywhere in Hurghada, two dives daily at different dive sites, 12L diving tanks and lead weight belts, all day free soft and hot drinks, and freshly prepared lunch every day. Equipment rental is only included in Introduction diving packages, Snorkelling Packages and the PADI and CMAS Diving courses (Equipment rental is not included in Speciality Courses).
When do I pay for my diving package?
For our Diving/Snorkeling packages and Diving Courses, we currently only accept cash payment upon arrival on the boat, on your first day. For large groups or specialized requests payment arrangements will be agreed on with our Online Sales Manager via the Contact Us page.
Can I take days off in the middle of my diving package?
If you have booked a 2 day or more Diving Package with us, you can definitely take a break in the middle, on the days that you choose. Please inform us at least one day before you take a day off.
Do you offer diving trips every day?
Yes! Our boat departs every day from the harbor with the exception of days when the weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe by the Red Sea Coastguard.
What are the weather conditions like in Hurghada?
During the winter months of November, December, January and February the average temperature in Hurghada can be a chilly 17°C, however the average water temperature falls around 23°C. The rest of the year is relatively warmer with the warmest months of the year; May, June, July, August and September, having an average temperature of 27°C going all the way up to 40°C and water temperatures reaching up to 30°C!
Do you operate in the winter?
Yes, we operate all year round! The weather conditions in Hurghada are usually comfortable enough to dive in provided you are prepared with a suitable wet suit. We provide wetsuits in all sizes, thicknesses and lengths to suit everyone’s needs.
What is the schedule for your daily Diving trips?
- 07:00 – 08:40 Pick-up time from your hotel to our boat in Hurghada, M/Y White Whale. (Exact pick up time will be confirmed in advance.)
- 8:50 – 09:00 Reception on the boat.
- 09:00 – 09:15 Departure from the harbor.
- The first and second dives will be scheduled according to the travel times to the dive sites.
- Lunch will be served between the two dives.
- 16:30 – 17:00 Arrival back in the harbor.
- Transfer back to your Hotel.
Times vary depending on weather conditions and the specific dive sites we visit on the day of your trip.
